Is von miller playing for the cowboys

As of 8 October 2026, Von Miller continues his tenure as a defensive standout for the Buffalo Bills. Despite persistent fan speculation and recurring rumors during trade deadlines regarding a potential move to the Dallas Cowboys, there have been no official transactions or negotiations linking the veteran pass rusher to the Dallas roster. Miller, who has been a key component of the Bills' defensive front, remains fully integrated into Buffalo’s scheme as they navigate the mid-point of the 2026 NFL season. The Dallas Cowboys have addressed their defensive needs through other roster acquisitions and internal development, showing no indication of pursuing Miller. Reports from team insiders confirm that the Cowboys' front office is focused on their current defensive rotation rather than seeking high-profile veteran trades. Consequently, any claims suggesting that Von Miller is playing for or joining the Dallas Cowboys are entirely unfounded. Miller remains under contract with Buffalo, where he continues to focus on his performance and health as he contributes to the Bills' pursuit of a postseason berth in the current campaign.
