Will puka nacua play week 3

On 22 September 2026, reports confirmed that Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua would not be active for the team's Week 3 matchup. Nacua, who had been dealing with a lingering knee injury sustained during the season opener, was officially ruled out by head coach Sean McVay following a limited practice week. The medical staff determined that despite progress in his rehabilitation, he was not yet at full strength to handle the physical demands of an NFL game. The team opted for a cautious approach to ensure his long-term availability for the remainder of the season. Without Nacua in the lineup, the Rams adjusted their offensive scheme to rely more heavily on veteran receivers and tight ends to compensate for the loss of his production. This decision marked the second consecutive game Nacua missed, as the organization prioritized his recovery over an early return to the field. Fans and fantasy managers were advised to monitor his status closely heading into the following week of competition.
