Is 50 cent in street fighter movie

On 18 September 2026, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson addressed ongoing speculation regarding his potential involvement in the highly anticipated live-action adaptation of the Street Fighter franchise. During a promotional interview for his latest production venture, Jackson clarified that while he has engaged in preliminary discussions with various studios regarding action-oriented projects, he is not currently attached to the Street Fighter movie. The rapper and producer noted that while he is a fan of the iconic video game series, reports suggesting he has been cast as a character like Balrog or Sagat are entirely unfounded. The production, which is currently in the early stages of development under Legendary Entertainment, has yet to announce an official cast list. Jackson emphasized that his current focus remains on his existing television slate and upcoming musical collaborations. As of 21 September 2026, the studio has maintained a policy of silence regarding casting rumors, leaving fans to wait for an official press release to confirm the ensemble for the cinematic project.
