Giada de laurentiis dancing with the stars

On 18 September 2026, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis addressed ongoing public speculation regarding her potential participation in the upcoming season of the hit reality competition series, Dancing with the Stars. During a guest appearance on a morning talk show, De Laurentiis clarified her current professional commitments, noting that while she has been approached by production teams in the past, her rigorous schedule involving new culinary projects and television production currently precludes her from joining the cast. The chef expressed her admiration for the show’s dancers and the physical discipline required to compete, acknowledging that the rumors likely gained traction due to her recent social media posts featuring her taking casual ballroom dance lessons as a hobby. Despite the fan enthusiasm surrounding the prospect of seeing her on the dance floor, De Laurentiis confirmed that she is not signed on for the current season. She emphasized that her primary focus remains on her expanding food media empire and upcoming cookbook release, effectively putting the casting rumors to rest for the time being.
