Kaytron allen nfl draft

On 6 October 2026, Penn State standout running back Kaytron Allen officially announced his intention to forgo his remaining collegiate eligibility and enter the 2027 NFL Draft. The decision comes following a dominant mid-season performance where Allen solidified his status as one of the most versatile and physical backs in the Big Ten conference. Throughout his tenure in Happy Valley, Allen has been praised by scouts for his exceptional vision, reliable pass-catching ability, and durability in short-yardage situations. Analysts currently project Allen as a high-upside prospect who could potentially hear his name called within the first three rounds of the upcoming draft. His departure marks a significant transition for the Nittany Lions' offense, which has relied heavily on his production to anchor their ground game. Allen stated that he is fully focused on finishing the current season strong with his teammates before beginning his professional preparation. NFL draft experts note that his combination of power and patience makes him an ideal candidate for teams seeking a reliable, every-down starter at the professional level.
