Maxx crosby postgame comments raiders

On 26 October 2026, following a difficult defeat for the Las Vegas Raiders, star defensive end Maxx Crosby addressed the media with his characteristic intensity and frustration regarding the team's ongoing defensive inconsistencies. During the postgame press conference, Crosby emphasized that the current level of play is unacceptable for the standards established within the locker room. He specifically pointed to a lack of discipline in critical third-down situations and a failure to generate consistent pressure on the opposing quarterback as primary reasons for the team's inability to close out games. Crosby, who has remained the emotional anchor of the Raiders' defense, refused to make excuses for the unit's performance, stating that every player must look in the mirror and take accountability for their individual assignments. He expressed confidence in the coaching staff's game plan but insisted that the execution on the field has been fundamentally flawed. As the Raiders look toward the remainder of the season, Crosby reiterated his commitment to leading by example, urging his teammates to maintain their focus and intensity despite the mounting pressure of a challenging campaign.
