On 15 September 2026, industry analysts highlighted Apple TV+’s sustained momentum in the streaming landscape following the recent Primetime Emmy Awards. The platform solidified its reputation for high-quality, prestige television by securing major wins for its flagship series, including the critically acclaimed drama "Severance" and the fan-favorite comedy "Ted Lasso," which continues to draw massive viewership despite its conclusion. Critics noted that Apple’s strategy of prioritizing "quality over quantity" has paid off, as their library consistently ranks at the top of aggregator sites for average review scores.
