Oregon state vs utep

On 26 September 2026, Oregon State University secured a decisive victory over the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in a highly anticipated non-conference football matchup. The Beavers utilized a balanced offensive attack and a stifling defensive performance to overwhelm the Miners throughout the contest. Oregon State’s quarterback orchestrated several long scoring drives in the first half, establishing an early lead that UTEP struggled to overcome. Despite a brief surge from the Miners in the third quarter, the Beavers' secondary remained disciplined, forcing critical turnovers that effectively neutralized UTEP’s comeback efforts. The final score reflected the disparity in depth and execution between the two programs, as Oregon State’s special teams also contributed significantly with a late-game return touchdown. This win serves as a momentum builder for the Beavers as they prepare for their upcoming conference schedule, while UTEP looks to address defensive lapses before their next outing. The game concluded with Oregon State firmly in control, highlighting their continued development under the current coaching staff during the 2026 season.
