Jalen hurts

On 28 September 2026, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts delivered a resilient performance to secure a hard-fought win against a divisional rival. Despite facing significant pressure from an aggressive defensive front throughout the first half, Hurts utilized his dual-threat capabilities to shift the momentum in the third quarter. He finished the game with two passing touchdowns and a crucial rushing score that broke a late-game deadlock. Analysts noted that while his completion percentage remained slightly lower than his career average, his decision-making in high-leverage situations proved vital to the team's success. Post-game reports highlighted his ability to extend plays outside the pocket, which frustrated the opposing secondary and allowed the Eagles to maintain possession during the final minutes of the fourth quarter. This victory moves the Eagles to a 2-1 record for the season, with Hurts continuing to serve as the focal point of the offense. The coaching staff praised his leadership and composure under duress, emphasizing that his physical conditioning remains a cornerstone of the team's offensive strategy moving forward.
