William contreras walk up song 2026

On 14 May 2026, reports confirmed that Milwaukee Brewers catcher William Contreras has maintained his signature walk-up music choice for the 2026 Major League Baseball season. Contreras, known for his high-energy approach at the plate, has stuck with the track "El Alfa - Gogo Dance" as his primary walk-up song. The choice has become a staple at American Family Field, with fans frequently joining in the rhythmic chants as he approaches the batter's box. The decision to keep the song reflects Contreras's desire to maintain his established pre-at-bat routine, which he credits for helping him stay focused during high-leverage situations. Throughout the 2026 season, the song has been a constant presence during his All-Star caliber campaign, serving as a sonic trademark for the catcher. The upbeat tempo of the track aligns with his aggressive hitting style, and the organization has noted that the song remains one of the most recognizable walk-up themes in the National League, further cementing his connection with the Milwaukee fanbase as he continues to anchor the team's lineup.
