Is najee harris playing today

As of Monday, September 21, 2026, the Pittsburgh Steelers have confirmed that running back Najee Harris is active and participating in the team's scheduled game today. Following a brief period of uncertainty earlier in the week due to a minor lower-body injury sustained during practice, medical staff cleared Harris for full participation after he successfully completed pre-game warmups. The coaching staff indicated that while they intend to monitor his workload throughout the contest to ensure he remains healthy for the remainder of the season, there are no restrictions on his availability for this evening's matchup. Harris has been a focal point of the Steelers' offensive strategy, and his presence in the backfield is expected to be a significant factor against the opposing defense. Fans and fantasy managers can expect him to handle his usual share of carries and passing-game targets as the team looks to secure a victory in this critical early-season divisional game. The official team report released on 21 September 2026 confirms he is fully cleared to play.
