Is alvin kamara playing tonight

As of Monday, October 5, 2026, New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara is confirmed to be active and starting for tonight’s primetime matchup. Following a week of speculation regarding a minor rib injury sustained during the previous game, the team’s medical staff cleared Kamara for full participation during Saturday’s practice session. Head coach Dennis Allen officially removed him from the final injury report on Sunday, confirming that he will lead the backfield against the visiting team. Kamara has been a focal point of the Saints' offensive strategy throughout the 2026 season, and his availability is considered a significant boost for the team's chances tonight. Fantasy football managers and fans alike have been monitoring his status closely, but the organization has expressed confidence in his ability to handle a full workload. With no lingering restrictions reported, Kamara is expected to see his usual volume of carries and targets in the passing game as the Saints look to secure a crucial divisional victory in front of their home crowd.
