Stephen curry golden state warriors struggles

On 25 October 2026, reports highlighted the Golden State Warriors' challenging start to the 2026-2027 NBA season, centering on Stephen Curry’s struggle to find his rhythm within a revamped rotation. Following a difficult loss earlier this week, analysts have pointed to the team's difficulty in integrating new defensive-minded acquisitions while maintaining the high-octane offensive efficiency that defined the franchise’s dynasty. Curry, now in the later stages of his storied career, has faced increased defensive pressure from opponents who are daring his younger teammates to beat them from the perimeter. While the veteran guard continues to display flashes of his trademark brilliance, his shooting percentages have dipped below his career averages during this opening stretch. Head coach Steve Kerr has publicly emphasized the need for patience, noting that the chemistry required to maximize Curry’s gravity takes time to develop. As the Warriors look to stabilize their standing in a highly competitive Western Conference, the pressure remains on the organization to determine if the current roster construction provides enough support for Curry to remain a legitimate title contender.
