Golden state warriors vs denver nuggets match player stats

On 26 October 2026, the Denver Nuggets secured a decisive victory over the Golden State Warriors, anchored by a masterful performance from Nikola Jokic. The Serbian center recorded a triple-double, finishing the contest with 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 assists. Jokic’s ability to orchestrate the offense proved too much for the Warriors' defensive rotation, as he consistently found open teammates for high-percentage shots. On the opposing side, Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 32 points, including six three-pointers, but struggled to find consistent support from his teammates as the Nuggets' perimeter defense tightened in the second half. Draymond Green contributed 10 points and 9 assists, yet the Warriors were outmatched in the paint, conceding 54 points inside. The game highlighted the Nuggets' depth, with Michael Porter Jr. adding 22 points on efficient shooting. This matchup underscored the tactical battle between the two Western Conference contenders, with Denver’s size advantage ultimately neutralizing Golden State’s small-ball lineup in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter.
