High point basketball schedule

On 28 October 2026, High Point University officially released its comprehensive non-conference schedule for the 2026-2027 men’s basketball season. The Panthers, coming off a period of significant program growth, are set to face a challenging slate of opponents designed to prepare the team for Big South Conference play. The schedule features a mix of high-major road tests and competitive home matchups at the Qubein Center. Key highlights include a marquee road game against a perennial ACC contender in mid-November and a high-profile home tournament during the Thanksgiving holiday week. Head coach Alan Huss emphasized that the rigorous non-conference lineup is intended to bolster the team's RPI and provide valuable experience against diverse defensive schemes. Fans can access the full list of tip-off times and broadcast information through the university’s athletics portal. With the season opener scheduled for early November, the coaching staff is finalizing the rotation to integrate several key transfers. The team aims to build on last year's momentum as they pursue a conference championship and a potential postseason tournament berth.
