When is kerby joseph coming back

As of 28 October 2026, Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph continues to be a central figure in the team's secondary, maintaining his role as a starter throughout the current NFL season. While fans have frequently monitored his status due to the physical nature of his position, there are no reports of him being sidelined or currently recovering from a long-term injury that would require a "comeback" timeline. Joseph has remained a consistent presence on the field, contributing significantly to the Lions' defensive schemes with his trademark range and ball-hawking abilities. The coaching staff has prioritized load management during practice sessions to ensure his availability for high-stakes matchups, but he has not missed significant game time during the 2026 campaign. His durability has been a major asset for Detroit as they navigate the mid-season schedule. Supporters looking for updates on his status can rest assured that Joseph is active and fully integrated into the defensive rotation, playing a pivotal role in the team's pursuit of a deep postseason run this year.
