Oma vs pak

On 28 October 2026, the Oman Cricket Board and the Pakistan Cricket Board officially announced a historic bilateral cricket series scheduled to take place in early 2027. This landmark agreement marks the first time the two nations will compete in a multi-format series, including both T20 Internationals and One Day Internationals. The series is set to be hosted in Muscat, reflecting Oman's growing stature as a premier cricketing destination in the Middle East. Officials from both boards emphasized that this collaboration aims to strengthen diplomatic ties through sports and provide Oman’s emerging talent with the opportunity to compete against a top-tier Test-playing nation. The Pakistan team is expected to arrive in Oman in mid-January, with the opening match scheduled for 20 January 2027. Both boards have expressed optimism that this series will foster long-term cooperation in coaching, infrastructure development, and youth exchange programs, ultimately contributing to the broader growth of cricket across the Asian region. Fans are eagerly anticipating the announcement of ticket sales, which are expected to commence in early December.
